August 2009

Fellow Chefs,
Our season starts off with a splash as we visit Jordan Paige “Fine Foods” in Branford, CT. Owner Joseph Laudano and his talented staff is eager to greet us and discuss their recent changes and new direction.

Afterwards, come aboard as we embark on a Cocktail-Cruise around the beautiful Thimble Islands and enjoy the Connecticut coast. Relax and unwind with colleagues and friends while we sample many of Jordan Paige’s tasty products. This is a great opportunity to catch up with one another after a busy season.
