would like to thank all the participating chefs on The Vermont Cheese
Trip. A special thanks to Nancy Dacey & Chris Papas from Dairyland,
and our own Jeff Perez for their hard work planning a truly excellent
cheese adventure.
Our
next event will take place on February 22nd 2007 at the Elms in Ridgefield.
You and your spouse are cordially invited to attend a three course dinner
with beverages. The evening will begin at 6:30 with Hors d Oeuvres’

The all inclusive evening will be $100 a couple. Chef Brendan Walsh
is looking forward to having us, hope you all can make it.
