Dear Chefs,

 

I would like to thank all the participating chefs on The Vermont Cheese Trip. A special thanks to Nancy Dacey & Chris Papas from Dairyland, and our own Jeff Perez for their hard work planning a truly excellent cheese adventure.   

 

Our next event will take place on February 22nd 2007 at the Elms in Ridgefield. You and your spouse are cordially invited to attend a three course dinner with beverages. The evening will begin at 6:30 with Hors d Oeuvres’ & cocktails,  If you are interested please contact me at 203-637-6968 or by email Kpsullivan@innisardegolfclub.com. The all inclusive evening will be $100 a couple. Chef Brendan Walsh is looking forward to having us, hope you all can make it.

 

We are currently looking for a club to host our meeting in March of 2007, if you are interested please contact me at 203-637-6968.

 

Enclosed is the 2007 Dues Form, please note the New billing address. All future checks should be mailed to our new treasurer Chef Carey Favreau @ 234 Bedford Center Street, Bedford Hills NY 10507. It is always important to keep your dues paid annually to keep your association moving foward in the right direction.
