Fellow Chefs,
The Club Chefs of Connecticut are putting together an exciting new season of educational seminars, meetings and trips. We need your participation and support. We rely on you, the individual, to ensure that events are attended with vigorous success.
What your involvement in this organization will do for you:
- Give you a sense of comradeship and commitment to others
- Keep you connected with other club professionals and vendors
- Introduce you to the newest products and seasonal items
- Educate you through active, meaningful and fun events
- Give you memorable life experiences
- Give you personal development and enrichment
- Your enthusiasm will have a positive effect on others
By staying connected and being an active, enthusiastic member you are ensuring our continued success of giving back to others while educating ourselves.

Mon. August 18th Brownson Country Club Outing
Tues. September 23rd Trip to Baldor Specialty Foods and Artisanal in Manhattan
Tues. October 21st Managers & Supervisors Conference, Trumbull Marriott
Tues. November 18th Annual Bus Trip to NYCs finest dining establishments
Mon. December 1st Showcase Gala at Fairview Country Club

Lastly, if your dues of $350.00 per club have not been paid they need to be in order to attend trips, meetings and our showcase. We ask that each club do its best to have annual dues paid by May 1st each year.
You can go to our website at www.clubchefsofct.com to download a 2008 dues form and submit it to your controller. Please make sure that payments are sent to our Treasurer Carey Favreau at Glen Arbor Golf Club in Bedford, NY.
